This beautiful house includes a separate living room, a dining room, a beautiful sunroom and a room with a washer dryer. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.
Our Venice vacation beach house is a very nice vacation home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. The sunroom also has a sleeper couch (sleeps 2). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets.
Our Kimball Venice Florida house rentals is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, and kitchen appliances. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It's just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Our Florida vacation rental is close to a great Venice Florida golf course if you enjoy golf. It is also a quick drive to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.

Additional one time end of stay cleaning fee is $95, security damage waiver fee is $45 and tax is 11%.
