Our Euclid Drive Vacation Rental Home in Venice Florida is a very roomy 3 bedroom modern house. It has a wonderful heated pool and caged in lanai - and a fence for privacy. Best of all, it even has a spa and pool heated by an electric heated system.
Surrounded by gardens and fruit trees, our Euclid Drive Venice villa is a very large Florida house featuring 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plus, it has a completely modern living room, a dining area, a family room, and a brand new kitchen with a dishwasher. Plus, it has beautiful caged heated pool, spa and patio area so you can relax and enjoy. And, we now have high speed and wireless Internet for those guests who bring a lap top computer.
The master bedroom is huge and has all new furniture including a king size bed (sleeps 2), a TV set, and a queen sized sleeper bed (sleeps 2). The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets. The family room also has 2 sleeper couches (each sleeps 1 or 2 people).

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It's just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

And it is also near the pet friendly and dog friendly beach - Brohard Paw Park. Our Venice Florida rentals home is pet friendly as we have a fenced in back yard. (a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.

Additional one time end of stay cleaning fee is $150, security damage waiver fee is $45 and tax is 11%.
