Relax in a heated private pool that has a partial view of Roberts Bay. Our Venice Florida Baycrest II home is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located at 424 Baycrest Drive next to beautiful multi million dollar homes. In fact, from our back yard you can sip a cup of coffee and watch boats sail along the gorgeous Roberts Bay. Note: This house is 2 houses away from our Baycrest I home. You can rent both houses for a large group or family reunion.
It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 queen sleeper beds (sleeps 4). Plus, it has a living room with tile floors, a dining room, and a wonderful outdoor patio area to enjoy breakfast and drinks. Our back yard is private and features a view of Roberts Bay. Our back yard is also fenced in and is pet friendly and dog friendly.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture and a TV set. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new. We also have 2 queen sofa beds that sleeps 2-4 people.
Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor deck with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It's just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ˝ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.
