Our Seabreeze Auoroa Venice Florida Beach Vacation is a roomy 3 bedroom house with a brand new electric heated pool and screened in patio. Our house sleeps 10 people. AND, we've just added a LCD TV and tile floors in our living room plus high speed and wireless cable Internet for guests who bring their laptop.
Surrounded by gardens and and a screened in heated pool and patio, the Seabreeze is a very large Florida house featuring 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It even has a fenced in back yard for privacy.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has all new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Plus, it has a separate living room, a dining room and a beautiful sunroom that contains relaxing chairs as well as 2 sofa beds (sleeps up to 4 people). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.
Our living room features tile fllors with a very nice couch and recliner chair, LCD TV, kitchen appliances and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment. Our Florida vacation rental house also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Venice and a few minutes more to Sharky's seafood restaurant and the Venice Pier where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. If you have a dog, it is a short walk to Venice's famous dog beach - Brohard Paw Park.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It's just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ˝ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.
