Our Golden Beach Resort House rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 3 units available for rental.
This is unit #3 and is includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa.
The 1st bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 1-2), the living room includes 2 couches (one of which is a queen sleeper bed and can sleep 1-2), iincludes a TV, a kitchen area, a dining room table and a private full sized bathroom.

Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It's just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ˝ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Our golden beach house is a 2 block walk to the private Venice Golden Beach in Venice and only a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. Our guests have deed access to the private Golden Beach. It is also only a 10 minute walk to the Venice Pier and Sharky's where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.

(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager.
(b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater.
(c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.

Additional one time end of stay cleaning fee is $150, security damage waiver fee is $45 and tax is 10%.
