Our Venice Florida beach house rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 5+ bedroom areas (has 11 beds).
Plus, it has a living room with vaulted ceilings and terrazzo tile floors, a family room, a dining room, and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai) with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.
The master bedroom is huge and has a king sized bed (sleeps 1-2), new furniture, a TV and a queen futon bed (sleeps 1-2). The second bedroom is also very large and has a king bed (sleeps 1-2), a TV set, a queen futon bed (sleeps 1-2). Our third bedroom has 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) that are also brand new dressers. Our fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and a TV set. Our fifth bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). Our office area has a queen sleeper bed and closet and is the sixth sleeping area (sleeps 1-2). And, we have a separate pool house with a little bar, table and chair, and sofa. Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and all 3 bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 2 block walk to the exclusive Golden Beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is a quick walk to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park.

Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, airconditioning, ceiling fans, electric heat, and a washer & dryer. Plus, a brand new color TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / dishwasher / microwave / coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels / new central heat/air, ceiling fans, and outdoor charcoal grill. Cancellations: (a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager. (b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater. (c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation
