Our Venice Florida beach house rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool.
Our Venice Parkdale house is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. It also has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The second large bedroom also has a king bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Our fourth bedroom also contains 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). And, the house has 2 other sleeper beds (sleeps 4).

It is a very roomy vacation home and has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 sleeper sofa beds (sleeps 6). Plus, it has a living room with terrazzo tile floors, a family room with a wonderful fireplace, a dining room, a sunroom, a lanai with an outdoor bar and a screened in patio with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.
All bedrooms have good sized closets and all 3 bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. Plus, the back yard includes a very nice patio area with lounge chairs. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.

Cancellations: (a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager. (b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater. (c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited. Failure to pay the Final Payment in a timely manner will be considered a cancellation
