Our 604 Harbor Drive South Venice Vacation Rental is on the island of Venice Florida and only 4 blocks to the Venice FL beaches. Also, our beautiful Venice rental home is only a 7 block walk to downtown Venice Florida. It is also walking distance to the dog beach - Brohard Paw Park. Our 604 Harbor Venice Villa rental is a very roomy one bedroom home. Our bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and nice furniture. Our large living room features Terrazo tile floors and also includes a queen sofa bed (sleeps 2). Plus, we have a beautiful screened in lanai with comfortable furniture for you to enjoy. Plus, we have a wonderful back yard with fruit trees. Location, location, location is what our Venice FL Beach rental home offers. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is a 4 block walk to the beach in Venice and only a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. Venice Florida is located in Southwest Florida, about 10 miles south of Sarasota, Florida along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. Small in size but large in charm, the city of Venice Florida features a charming tree lined town filled with boutique shops, antique stores, coffee shops and cafes.

Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include Winter Grapefruit League Major League Baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.

Venice Florida is best known for its pristine white beaches (which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park) and the prehistoric shark’s teeth that can be found here. Venice is 15 miles south of Sarasota. It's just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida. 1 ½ hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.

Includes airconditioning, ceiling fans,electric heat, and a private washer & dryer. Plus, a brand new color TV, DVD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels / central heat/air, ceiling fans, and outdoor charcoal grill. Note: Beach towels are not included. Bedrooms are furnished with one queen sized bed and one queen sized sleeper bed. Sleeps 4. One fully furnished bathroom with shower and bath tub.

Deposit Terms:	$300.00 at time of reservation, 50% 2 weeks after reservation is made. Full balance due 30 days prior to check in. $300 Reservation deposit is refundable up to 48 hours from time of booking.

Cancellation Terms:	(a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager. (b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement more than thirty (30) days from the Arrival Date, the Reservation Deposit will not be refunded unless Manager is able to re-rent the Unit or Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Manager will refund the Reservation Deposit paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $300.00 (or 10%), whichever is greater. (c) There are no cancellations permitted within 30 days of Guest Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.
Tax & Fee Terms:	Additional one time end of stay cleaning fee is $150, security damage waiver fee is $45 and tax is 10%.
