The kitchen is equipped with all you could want; cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, liquidiser, coffee-maker etc. plus a full inventory of cooking and dining utensils.
1400 square feet of air -conditioned living space that is furnished/equipped to a high standard. The open plan design under high vaulted ceilings provides a luxuriously light and comfortable holiday home.

Plus a sofa bed in the lounge.
The private screened patio and pool area contains poolside furniture and loungers. Solar pool heating and pool heat cover provide comfortable bathing temperatures year-round (subject to favorable conditions)
To be able to guarantee above 80s pool temperature during the cooler and cloudy months(Nov-Mar) we have installed an auxiliary electric pool heating system that can be activated if required. There is $18/day charge to cover the hydro cost if this is switched on. Charge is payable as part of your booking and the heating will be activated and warming the pool when you arrive.
There is a washing machine and drier in the garage area. Other inventory items include electric iron/board, hair drier and vacuum cleaner (if you really want to!)
The inventory contains sufficient linen and towels for 8 people.
Baby cot and chair can be provided on request (No charge)
The property is managed for us by a local management company that provides a very personal service which gives us and you reassurance that your stay will be comfortable and problem-free.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per week booked is required to secure a booking and the balance should be paid within 8 weeks of departure. If you book within 10 weeks of departure then you should pay the full amount to secure the booking.
This villa is primarily our second home. We let it out at reasonable rates to offset the cost of maintaining such property and not to make a significant profit.
All we ask is that you respect our home as you would do respect your own home. Unfortunately we do know some owner whose property has been damaged or valuable items has been lost due to dishonest guest.
We therefor ask $200 security deposit to cover such eventualities as damage or loss of property.
This is paid with the payment balance and will be
fully refunded after the management company has successfully cleaned and checked the villa and found no property that belongs to the villa is lost or damaged.
We accept minor mishaps and breakages i.e. cup and plate. And it is considered as a normal wear and tear.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING If you wish to cancel the whole or part of the booking, after it is confirmed, owner must be informed by E-mail or in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply at the time of notification:
· More than 8 weeks from Arrival date at the Villa - Deposit only.
· Between 8 weeks to 6 weeks - 50 % of total rental price.
· Between 6 weeks to 4 weeks - 75 % of total rental price
· 4 weeks or less - 100 % or total rental price. $200 Security Deposit is not included. It is fully refunded.
