Located minutes from all the major Central Florida attractions, as well as the Orlando International Airport and the Orange County Convention Center. The resort is situated on 110 tropical acres with one mile of lakefront property in Orlando.
In-room amenities include home theater entertainment centers; fully-equipped kitchens with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher; 52 large-screen televisions; whirlpool tubs, full-size washers and dryers; and leather sleeper sofas.
Resort amenities include seven lakeside swimming pools and kiddie pools, playgrounds, lighted tennis courts, jacuzzis, bicycle rentals and the world class Papillion Health Spa.
Also, guests can enjoy an outstanding dining experience at the Westgate Grill located at the resort. In-room delivery from Pizza Hut is also available.
Additionally, a wide variety of on-site activities for all ages complements the Orlando theme park experience. Westgate Lakes is located at 10000 Turkey Creek Rd. Orlando, close to both Sea World and Universal Studios.

Two Bedroom Luxury Villa
This 1,397 sq. ft. two bedroom unit is a luxury apartment with every extra to help make your vacation more comfortable.
Kitchen
Includes a full-size refrigerator, stove oven and broiler, microwave, complete set of dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, lots of cabinets and full size washer and dryer with doors to separate from the rest of the kitchen. There is also a counter eating area.
Family dining room
Dining room table is marble topped. In the dining room is a counter top with bar sink, mirrored wall, and a huge amount of cabinet and drawers for storage.
Living room
Wall unit with built in 52 inch TV with surround sound, VCR, and huge sectional leather sofa with queen size pull out bed. There is more storage in the built in areas around the TV. Off the living room is a beautiful screened in balcony with comfortable lawn furniture.
Master bedroom
King size bed, large built in TV, telephone, alarm clock and plenty of drawers for clothes. Screened in balcony off of master bedroom with furniture. Very generous closet space. There is a safe with an electronic lock in closet. Huge, elegant Roman whirlpool. Glassed in shower and two sinks. Plenty of room for storing personal things. There is even a blow dryer!

Watersport Activities- The Marina offers sailboats, fishing skiffs, kayaks, aqua trikes, and fishing gear rentals for water fun all day long.
Paradise Island- Located behind Westgate Smokehouse Grill and is the scene of teen parties, quiet walks and reflection time.
Pelican's Landing Pool- Offers a get away from the hustle and bustle. Located behind Westgate Smokehouse Grill, catch the resort shuttle and explore the Southside of the resort.
Westgate Smokehouse Grill- Lakeside family dining BBQ restaurant, located at the South entrance to the resort, is open for breakfast and dinner daily. Enjoy the cowboy casual lakeside ambiance and delicious steaks, chicken, fish, and BBQ favorites hot off the grill. Take out and delivery to your villa available. Kids receive FREE tokens for the video arcade.
Sid's Deli Bakery & Espresso Bar- Open daily and offers baked goods, daily lunch specials, sandwiches, and salads.Enjoy your selections to go or relax either on the patio or inside the Deli and lobby areas. Sid's Deli is located on the first floor of the Pavillion Building.
Shuffleboard and Horseshoes- Fun for everyone. Pick up your gear at the Activities Center and Marina and challenge someone to an afternoon or morning of fun.
The Pavilion- Where you will find the Registration Desk, Owner Referral Center, Sid's Deli, 1-Hour Photo, Attraction Tickets, Disney Planning Center, the Activities Desk, the Kid's Club and Papillon the Spa and Fitness Center.
The Marketplace- Open daily. Offers miscellaneous groceries and sundries. The Marketplace is located between the 1500 and 1600 building.
Bikes - Adult's and children's two-wheel bikes are available. Children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign the bike out for them. Helmets are also available and mandatory for guests under 16 years of age. Located beside the 1300 Building. Rental hours 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting. Closed toe shoes required.
Pools - Four of the resorts seven pools feature Pool Bars offering moderately priced beverages and snacks, weather permitting. Pool towels are supplied in each villa for your use at the pool facilities and are therefore not available at the pools. (Pool bars are open according to seasonal weather conditions)
Volleyball - Court is available for play all day. Pick up your gear at teh Activities Center & Marina.
Golf Tee Times - The Activities Crew at Coral Reef Pool can assist you with directions and general information.
Pool Towels - Towels are available in your room.
Tennis Courts- Provide a spot for fun or a challenging match all day. Racquets are available at the Activities Center and Marina.
Video Rentals - Stop by The Pavilion and check out all the latest releases. Credit card required for all rentals.
Magical Snow Tiger Adventure- Every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 7:30PM. Don't miss this family filled event featuring live exotic animanls from around the world.
Papillon the Spa at Westgate Lakes- Located on the third floor of The Pavillion Papillion is a full service Salon and complete Fitness Center. Papillon has crafted an experience designed to provide the ultimate in personal luxury, including massage therapy, facials, body treatments, hypnosis, complete hair and nail care and state of the art Fitness Center. Schedule a private or group yoga class. In-room Bath Butler service is also available. Its vision: to wrap the guest in an unforgettable chrysalis of comfort and relaxation.

RESERVATIONS- (Check, Money Order & Paypal, ) Upon agreement of rental a 50% deposit must be made to confirm your reservation. Full rental payment must be received within 30 days of check in.
CHECK-IN/OUT - CHECK-IN time is 4:00 PM on arrival date. CHECK-OUT time is 10:00 AM on departure date. Any exceptions must have prior approval from owner.
RULES & REGULATIONS - Upon check in you must present a credit card to front desk personnel. Any damage caused by the occupant will be charged to their credit card. In order to preserve the integrity of the unit, we ask that it be occupied in a quiet and dignified manner, protecting the premises and its contents against damage, loss or theft with adherence to all the rules and regulations of the applicable Condominium or Homeowners Association, CFI, Westgate Lakes Resort its employees and property owners all inclusive will not be liable for any claims, suits, damages, costs, losses and expenses arising from injury to any persons
