This fully air-conditioned villa has been furnished to a high standard, a spacious and welcoming holiday destination within a secure gated community. To the rear, the villa has a wonderful private, extended deck and lanai with a stunning conservation view, enjoy the tranquility and watch the wildlife whilst relaxing in our fabulous hot tub/spa and pool.

A Deposit of 20% of the total rental cost with a completed booking form is required within 7 days to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable.
Balance + US $400/ £200 security deposit due 10 weeks before arrival. Security deposit will be mailed back to you within 14 days upon satisfactory checkout inspection by our Management company.
Optional Pool heat is $160 (including tax) to be requested in advance. Pool heat is recommended for October to April.
Spa heating is included in your rental rate.
Payment may be made by personal cheque/check or wire transfer to our bank account. We also accept all major credit card payments via Paypal (a 3.5% service fee will be charged).
