Our detached House has three bedrooms 2 bathrooms and was built in 1992. It is carefully maintained and to ensure we meet all the required safety standards it is fully registered with Hotel and Motel License's; allowing you to enjoy your holiday to the full. The Wooded conservation Area at the rear of the villa gives you greater privacy when using the pool and the deck.

Our villa is near to all of the Orlando attractions.
Around 15 minutes drive to Disney and Sea World.
You may also visit Nasa space center which is just few miles drive from our villa.
Universal Studios is also nearby to our Villa.
That's not all you can also enjoy shopping in malls or you may enjoy dinner in the restaurants.

Our Master Bedroom is fully furnished and has a Queen Size Bed.
There is a large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
It has its own entrance to the pool Area.
The living room occupies the centre of the house and is the main access point to the pool area. Its vaulted ceiling gives the room a large airy feel. There is cable TV installed for your use.
There is also a fully fitted dining area.
The whole house is fully air conditioned.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with its own breakfast area. and has internal access to the double garage which contains a large washing machine and a tumble drier.
The house has its own private 15 ft by 30 ft solar heated pool.
The pool is fully screened to prevent the intrusion of bugs and leaves.
It is maintained on a regular basis to ensure your complete safety and hygiene.
