Cancellation Terms:	The Reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of illness etc - we try to accommodate and if possible re-schedule the booking for a later date with no loss of reservation deposit.
Tax & Fee Terms:	All prices include 13% taxes. A cleaning fee of $80 is additional for stays of less than 5 nights.
