Come and watch the sun set from Sunset! Our spacious air conditioned 4 bed 2.5 bath home with west facing lanai, screened deck and large pool solar heated (electric heat available at additional cost) overlooks a lake at the rear. The accommodation in the bedrooms comprise Queen four poster bed in the master (down stairs), Queen bed in bedroom 2 and Twin beds in bedrooms 3 and 4 (up stairs). In the master bathroom there are his and hers vanity basins, large tub and walk in shower cubicle. The upstairs bathroom has vanity basin, tub with shower over. Down stairs the lobby to the garage has a separate toilet and vanity basin. In the garage is a games room with air hockey/pool table, foosball and dart board plus bar table and 2 stools. Sunset sleeps up to 10 guests and all the bedrooms have TVs (with either DVD or VCR facility) and ceiling fans. Unlimited local, long distance and international phone calls free of charge. Large 52 TV in lounge and additional TV in front room ideal for watching DVD, Videos and using the PS2.

Sunset is located in the quiet community of Chatham Park, one minute from the famous US 192 and less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World. The 192 has everything for the vacationer from Wal-Mart and Super Target to restaurants offering selections from the great cuisines of the World. Dinner shows are available at Medieval Times, Al Capone's and Arabian Nights. Also close by is Old Town with its many restaurants, curio shops and Fun Fair. Further west is the start of Orlando's International Drive.

The gulf coast, Atlantic Coast, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour and a half drive away.

Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World are just miles away.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of appliances and contains a breakfast table with 4 chairs for casual dining. The living room is open plan with formal dining table and 6 chairs. The lounge has comfortable sofas and an armchair for TV viewing or for watching the lake's wildlife, through the panoramic patio doors. Hi chair, crib and BBQ are supplied free of charge.

The pool deck has loungers, chairs and table for dining al fresco with light and ceiling fan.

The villa comes fully equipped with spare linen, towels, pool towels and hair dryers. Laundry facilities, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

There is a games room in the garage but can be put to one side if guests wish to park their car. The garage door is electrically operated. Further vehicles can be parked on the drive.

Unlimited local, long distance and international phone calls are provided free of charge.
