A deposit of 20% of the total value of the rental of the house for the period reserved is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house, together with $300 security deposit. For reservations made less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house the full amount is required at the time of reservation, plus the security deposit. The security deposit is refundable on the completion of your vacation, assuming that no damage has occurred during the rental period. (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AMEX/Check)

The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due. If the balance is not paid 4 weeks prior to the rental date, Sun N Fun Vacation Homes Inc. reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellations, the 20% deposit is refundable less $50 administration fee. IF written notice is received at least 28 days before the scheduled check in date. EXCEPT reservations for Holiday periods as shown in our rate information and reservations of 4 weeks or longer, NO REFUND of the 20% deposit. No refund on cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the check in date.
