Grand Reserve offers a wonderful location with a tranquil setting in a conservation area with rolling hills and small lakes yet only a short drive from Walt Disney World main gate. Highway I192 is a short drive away with its numerous restaurants, shopping malls and dinner show attractions. The recently opened Greg Norman designed golf resort, Champions Gate, is 5 minutes from Grand Reserve. This is a 'must see' for the golf enthusiast as are the numerous other, less challenging, courses within a few minutes drive. The Champions Gate resort contains a newly opened Publix supermarket for all your grocery shopping needs.

One of the villa's special features is the screened south facing 30' x 15' foot swimming pool with hot tub and spa which looks out over a protected nature and open countryside to the rear.
Plenty of patio space is provided on the extended deck as is a host of patio furniture so that everyone can relax in the sunshine or, if getting too hot, retreat to the shade of the lanai.
The pool has been designed to be as safe as possible for swimmers of all ages. Its depth ranges from 3' to 5' in a very gentle slope. The underwater lighting offers a great opportunity to swim at night if the feeling takes you!
This will be a real treat as the 32" flat screen television and 700W 5.1 surround sound audio system, along with the DVD player, offer an opportunity, if so desired to escape into the world of your favourite film. Connection to the cable television service ensures a multitude of channels to select from.
The villa's kitchen is fully equipped for all of your self catering needs if you choose to eat in whether you want to prepare a 4 course feast or re-heat a pizza in the microwave.
Also you can choose where to eat your creations; at the table in the kitchen which is perfect for children, or sitting on high stools at the counter or in style in the formal dining area.

Security Deposit
The party leader is held responsible for any damage or breakages that may be caused to the property or its contents and also for all items in the inventory during your stay. Any breakages or damage must be reported to the property management company as soon as possible and before you vacate the property. At no time should any of the inventory items be removed from the villa.
The owners require a refundable security deposit of £350 to be paid at the time your final balance is due.

Providing the owners receive written notice of cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to the actual occupation date, the lead name on the booking form will not be liable to pay the full balance although the full deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation other than this will incur the following costs:
More than 10 weeks Loss of Deposit
5-10 weeks 50% rental cost
Less than 5 weeks 100% rental cost
We will confirm in writing to you immediately that cancellation has occurred. Telephone cancellations are acceptable as long as a letter confirming this cancellation is received within 7 days thereafter.
