The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and
everything to make it home from home. There is a separate laundry room
with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board,
The dining area also leads to the pool & patio area.
LIVING AND DEN AREA
There are TV’s in both living rooms, as well as TV’s in all 4 bedrooms
All With cable hooked to them.
The main TV. has a DVD/VCR player with movies available.
One TV. has a Playstation 2 system with games for the kids
FREE USE OF ALL GAMES AND MOVIES

Rental Rates 2005/6
The Price quoted is for 7 nights in the Villa.
You may start or finish your holiday on any day of the week
The villa is licensed up to a maximum of ten persons
The price quoted includes all taxes and a cleaning fee for after your stay
Low Season
£450.00 (US$765)

Mid Season
£495.00 (US$820.00)
February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November
High Season
£550.00 (US$900.00)
July, August, Xmas, New Year and Easter
Swimming Pool
Pool Heating is the only extra if you wish to purchase it
(Usually recommended between October-March)
£100.00 ($175) per week
(The house has roof mounted solar panels which heats the pool for free)

Deposit / Security Deposit
2.1. A deposit of £150.00/$200.00 per week is required with the completed booking form.
2.2. Confirmation of booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due.
2.3. With the final balance we require the sum of £150.00 or $200.00 This represents a security deposit and will be refunded 30 days after your vacation pending a satisfactory inspection.

4. Cancellation
WE MOST STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH MAY NECESSITATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY
The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than eight weeks before departure Deposit forfeited
Between four and eight weeks before departure 50% of total cost forfeited
Less than 28 days before departure 100% of total cost forfeited
5.Amendments
5.1. Any alterations to confirmed bookings can be made at owner’s discretion and the client’s request - an administration fee of £10.00/$18.00 will be charged. Changes need to be notified in writing together with the relevant fee.
