Cancellations
· In the event that the hirer cancels the booking then we will try our best to obtain a
replacement booking and if a replacement is found then we will refund the hirer any monies
paid less an Administration charge of £35.00 & any credit card, PayPal or bank fees that have been
incurred by us . If we are unable to re-let the villa(s) then we will be entitled to retain all monies
paid and recover, if not already paid, the remanding hire charge as follows:-

More than 16 weeks Loss of Deposit Plus £35.00 Administration Charge & any
credit card , Paypal or bank fees that have been incurred.
