This community is also known as the Hidden Jewel of Kissimmee, which is located just 10 minutes from the Disney Resorts, and 15 minutes from Sea World and the exciting Universal Studios. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes to the West, while to the East, The Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach can be reached within 45 minutes to an hour.
This intimately private and relaxing villa backs up to a beautiful conservation area. Filled with beautiful hibiscus bushes and large trees, you will feel like you are in your own private paradise. With all the amenities expected of a Floridian Villa, this three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom home sleeps 6 – 8 people comfortably.
The Villa is also well maintained by a Managing Company who are always available throughout your stay.

A $250 deposit or 1/3 down is due when you book your reservation. This non-refundable deposit is not a surcharge, but rather a prepayment of your rental fee.

CANCELLATIONS - If for any reason you cancel your reservation, you are liable for the following:
A. 90+ days notice, $200 refund of the security deposit ($50 administrative fee)
B. 45 to 90 days notice, $100 refund of the security deposit ($50 administrative fee and a $100 penalty)
C. 30 to 45 days notice, no security deposit refund ($50 administrative fee, and a $200 penalty)
D. Less than 30 days notice - the full rental will be forfeited and charged to your credit card unless the premises can be re-rented on similar terms in which event the deposit only will be forfeited.

The remaining balance of your rental fee and the $250 refundable security deposit must be paid 14 days prior to your arrival. For example, if you rented the villa for one week at $925, you would have made a $250 deposit at the time of booking your reservation. So your final payment should be $925 ($925 rent - $250 deposit + $250 security deposit).
