A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable at the time of booking unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure when full payment is required. (Where the booking has been made by telephone or e-mail, the booking will be held for 4 days only.) Confirmation of your booking along with an invoice for the balance, if applicable, will be sent by return. The balance of the rental charge, any pre¬booked extras (based upon the rental rates set out in emails) are payable no less than 8 weeks prior to the date of commencement of the rental period.

This agreement shall terminate on the happening of any one of the following events:
a) The Guest(s) failing to pay the balance within the time stated above
b) The Villa, through no fault of the Owners becoming unfit for the purpose of letting as a holiday home prior to the commencement date.
In the event of termination under condition (a) above, the deposit shall be forfeited
In the event of termination under condition (b) hereof, the deposit and any other monies paid by the Guest(s) to the Owners will be refunded to the Guest(s) in full without interest. While the Owners shall use their best endeavors to find alternative accommodation of similar standard to the Villa they shall not be liable to the Guest(s) in damages in the event of being unable to do so, or should such alternative shall only be available at extra cost to the Guest(s) in which case the Guest(s) shall be responsible for any additional charge. In all instances, cancellations will only be effected once confirmed in writing. Verbal or telephone cancellations cannot be honoured until written confirmation has been received. We will gladly provide proof of payment for a booking for the purpose of an insurance claim.
