Sleeps 10 in air-conditioned comfort. Conveniently situated for Disney and all the Orlando area. Only 35 minutes from Orlando Airport, with both Atlantic and Gulf coasts little more than an hour away.

The screened pool area can be accessed from both master bedrooms and the family room. The large carpeted porch offers a shady area for outside meals. A gas fired barbecue is also provided.

A spacious, high ceiling lounge, with comfortable furnishings, hi-fi, cable TV and wireless internet. Two master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms with tub and separate shower. A third bedroom with twin beds and a fourth with twin beds and vanity unit. A pull-out in the family room, provides additional sleeping accommodation. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a fridge-freezer with ice-maker, microwave, waste disposal unit and all the necessary utensils and crockery. A laundry room with washing machine and drier leads to the integral double garage. A large carpeted porch provides a shady area for outside meals, and is furnished with loungers, tables and chairs and a gas fired barbecue.

Other local amenities include golf, riding, fishing, water sports and air boat rides.
