Our beautiful Orlando vacation home at Grand Palms Resort is located only 3 miles from a new entrance to Walt Disney World. It is in a private residential area known as Lindfields Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. It offers you the convenience of the Disneyworld theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon. It also offers several other attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, Wet-n-Wild, along with several restaurants and shopping malls. Kissimmee is also home to several championship golf courses such as Champions Gate and Orange Lake.

Our condo has a screened-in lanai that backs up to a conservation area allowing you to have privacy. The condo is a 3 bed / 2 bath ground level end unit, which is handicap accessible. It comes fully furnished with everything you need for an exciting Disneyworld vacation! Just a short walk away is the community gazebo, picnic area, tennis court, exercise room, large heated swimming pool and a hot tub. Within 2 miles of Grand Palms Resort is Publix grocery, Wallgreens, and a brand new Super Wallmart! Compare our rates to lodging at a small Disneyworld hotel and you will find yourself with a lot more money to spend on your Orlando Vacation!

Cancellation Terms:	The balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival and is non refundable in case of cancellation. If bookings are made less than 30 days from date of arrival, the total rental amount is due.
Tax & Fee Terms:	Plus 13% tax on all rentals and $55 cleaning fee on stays 6 nights or less.
