This lovely villa is a truly versatile vacation home with golf literally on your doorstep for those who want a golfing break and it is also the ideal place for the family to relax after a busy day at the parks.
With a pool overlooking the golf course at the award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course, 3 further swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, a golf club and shop, a children's play area and a licensed bar and restaurant there is plenty to keep you occupied when you are not at the parks. There is also a 24 hour supermarket at the entrance to this gated community. This property is a 15 minute drive from Disney and all the other attractions are easily accessible on the excellent road links.
Downstairs you have a fully fitted kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast seating area. In the living area there is a dining table with seating for 6, two comfortable sofas to relax on and enjoy an evening’s viewing on the cable TV.
There is a downstairs cloakroom, washer and dryer and a garage. All crockery, cookware and linens are provided.
The master bedroom with en-suite facilities is on the upper floor, together with two twin rooms with a further bathroom.
There is an internet dial up service available at this property for those that need internet access during their stay.

Busch Gardens, Everglades National Park, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, Universal Studios, Walt Disney World
Disney is only 15 minutes away from this villa and Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Islands Of Adventure, Wet n' Wild, Arabian Nights Dinner Show, Medieval Times Dinner Show, and many other attractions in the area are within an easy drive on excellent road links.
We also have a great brochure in our villas describing all the other places of interest in the local area including day trips to the Everglades, local wineries and many others that you might be surprised to find.
Kennedy Space Center, Bush Gardens, and the beaches on the East and West Coast are all within an easy one hour's drive.
The Everglades is a longer drive - just under 4 hours - but we are ideally suited if you want to make the day trip to see this glorious area as part of your Florida Experience Vacation.

Steve Smyers designed this well respected golf course with undulating greens, high grasses and ornamentals. Flanked by 180 bunkers this course offers the golfer a challenging game on what is considered to be one of the best public courses in the Orlando area. With awards from Golf Week's “Top 100 Modern Courses” from 1997 – 2000, a 4 ˝ Star ranking by Golf Digest and “Top 10 Courses Built In America 1987-1997” honors by Links Magazine, you can be sure that your golfing vacation will meet and surpass your expectations.

This villa has extended cable tv channels, and a DVD/CD/MP3 player. There is also a tv in the master bedroom. Internet access is available in this villa. If you have young children with you, we offer a Baby Tourist Pack, with free use of cot, high chair and stroller whilst you are visiting, plus we can also arrange for diapers, teething gels, food, baby formula, creams, diaper disposal bags and all the other incidentals that you may need We also a general grocery shopping service, health massage services, private chef, or additional maid services. We also provide a complimentary Champagne and Strawberries Welcome Pack and free Concierge Services.

$250 Security Deposit is required on booking. This is returned to you within 14 day of the end of your holiday assuming there is no damage to the property. Reservation Deposits are $250 or 15% whichever is the greater.

Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the vacation with a $25 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start of the vacation will not be refunded unless we are able to make an alternative booking arrangement, in which case, your money will be refunded less a $50 administration charge. All efforts will be made by our team to refill the booking place on your behalf.

12% Taxes are payable on all properties. There is a cleaning fee of $80 on all stays of less than 5 days.
