Southern Dunes is a gated community and rates in the top 100 courses in the USA. In addition to the course the site boasts a clubhouse with restaurant and bar and a golf shop. In the community there are three community pools, tennis courts, gym, lakes, children’s play area and a library which all owners and holiday makers can use. We are only 15 minutes from Disney-for you Mickey lovers – and close to all the major Orlando attractions. Outside the gates there are many restaurants and shops to include Wal-mart, there is also a Blockbuster store. Orlando airport is approx 30minutes away and Sanford only 45 minutes. We are easily reached via the Interstate 4 then highway 27.

Our pool is south facing so gets the sun all day, it is screened and overlooks the 2nd tee of the golf course, therefore is very private. we provide a BBQ, table with large umbrella, chairs, loungers and beach towels.
We also have a retractable awning, if you need a little break from the sun.
