A Reservation Deposit of $200 will secure your dates or full balance if start date is within 4 weeks of booking date. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required and will be repaid after your return subject to a satisfactory villa inspection.

A full refund of the balance is given if cancelled 90 or more days before arrival. Between 60 to 89 days: 60% will be refunded. Between 30 to 59 days: 30% will be refunded. 29 days or less: No refund. A $70 Administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. The Security Deposit Will Be Refunded for all cancellations and no-shows. We strongly recommend that all members of your party are covered by travel insurance which carries adequate protection against delays and cancellations.
