Davenport is located just off US27 at the west end of Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. There is a Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive. in addition to the theme parks the area has an amazing variety of activities; golf, fishing, jet ski, bungie jumping, go karting, horse riding, air boats and many more all within easy reach of your vacation home.
Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minute drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

The villa has a 28ft by 14ft floodlit solar heated swimming pool which is both fully screened and south facing and has a large sunbathing area, and is complete with patio furniture and sunloungers. the perfect place to relax all day or at the end of a hard day at one of the parks.

The villa is very well equipped and furnished to the highest standards. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A Large colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge. In addition to the cable TV the lounge also has a video recorder and hi-fi system. Ample seating is provided together with a queen size sleeper sofa. the lounge has direct access to the pool via patio doors.
As you would expect we have a fully fitted kitchen in the villa. The kitchen includes a Microwave, classic American refrigerator, large cooker, Dishwasher, waste-disposal, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen is linked to the lounge via a breakfast bar. There is also a washer and dryer located in the double garage for your personal use.
The bedrooms are as follows , the master bedroom has a queen size bed, Large walking closet complete with safe, cable television and en-suite bathroom which comprises of a large oversize tub(bath), Large shower cubical, his and hers wash basins and direct access to the pool area. whilst bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds and are served by the second bathroom,which is complete with a hand basin, bath with shower etc. All three bedrooms have alarm clocks

Deposit: A deposit of £75 or $120 per week is required when booking your villa. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental cost will be required 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require the full amount to be paid. Payment can be made by cheque or money order in GB pounds or US Dollars. Sorry but we cannot accept credit card payments for rental of our villa.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of £150 or $240 is required to be paid prior to departure to guard against any damage done to the villa during your occupancy. This deposit is returned to you less the cost of any breakage’s, loss or damage after your vacation has ended. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation of the property and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met.

Cancellation: Should a cancellation be necessary before balance is due, then your deposit will be lost. Should the cancellation occur after the balance has been paid or is overdue for payment ( less than 8 weeks prior to departure). Then the full amount must be paid and or will be lost. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed - this should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control. If a client does not pay the balance when it becomes due then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. In the event of a cancellation then any security deposit already paid will be returned to the client.
