A full refund of the balance is given if canceled 90 or more days before arrival.
Between 60 to 89 days: 60% will be refunded.
Between 30 to 59 days: 30% will be refunded.
29 days or less: No refund.
An $80 Administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.
The Security Deposit will be refunded for all cancellations and no-shows.
We strongly recommend that all members of your party are covered by travel insurance which carries adequate protection against delays and cancellations.

All our quotations INCLUDE ALL TAXES.
There is no cleaning fee for a stay of 7 nights or more but a short stay of 6 nights or less will incur a departure cleaning fee of $95.
During October to May inclusive there is a small weekly fee of $90 to cover Pool Heat, but pool heat may be declined if not required.
