Disney is only 20 minutes away from this villa and Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Islands Of Adventure, Wet n' Wild, Arabian Nights Dinner Show, Medieval Times Dinner Show, and many other attractions in the area are within an easy drive on excellent road links.
We also have a great brochure in our villas describing all the other places of interest in the local area including day trips to the Everglades, local wineries and many others that you might be surprised to find.
Kennedy Space Center, Bush Gardens, and the beaches on the East and West Coast are all within an easy one hour's drive.
The Everglades is a longer drive - just under 4 hours - but we are ideally suited if you want to make the day trip to see this glorious area as part of your Florida Experience Vacation.

This property is within a few minutes drive of over a dozen golf courses for those who would like a golfing vacation. With a country park within a short drive and with Disney and all the other attractions close by this villa is perfectly placed for anyone's perfect vacation home.

The formal lounge has comfortable seating with luxury furnishings, with the computer with high speed internet also in this area.
The kitchen area has a refrigerator and freezer, microwave and full sized range. Breakfast bar with seating for three. All crockery, flatware and cookware are provided.
The dining area has seating for six around an elegant glass topped dining table.
The family room has equally sumptuous furnishings with a large 50” projection TV, an X-Box, DVD player and a music center for your entertainment.
All four bedrooms have cable TV and excellent quality bed linens.
Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe with safe, dressing table, single chest of drawers and sliding glass doors to the pool area. En-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and large tub.
Master Bedroom 2: King sized bed, dresser, wardrobe and en-suite facilities with shower and towel closet.
Twin Bedroom: Two single beds, dresser and wardrobe. Cable TV.

The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
The garage has been converted to a spacious games room with a pool table with overhead lighting, an air-hockey table, magnetic darts and a play area for the younger ones with a table and chairs. There is also a good range of pool toys stored in this area.
The house also caters for very young guests with a cot, high chair and buggy free to use during your stay.

| All rates are subject to 12% taxes. Pool heat is optional at $25 per night or $125 per week. Stays of less than 5 nights will incur additional cleaning charges. |

$250 Security Deposit is required on booking. This is returned to you within 14 day of the end of your holiday assuming there is no damage to the property. Reservation Deposits are $250 or 15% whichever is the greater.

Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the vacation with a $25 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to the start of the vacation will not be refunded unless we are able to make an alternative booking arrangement, in which case, your money will be refunded less a $50 administration charge. All efforts will be made by our team to refill the booking place on your behalf.

12% Taxes are payable on all properties. There is a cleaning fee of $125 on all stays of less than 5 days.
