The single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a fully fitted kitchen. The villa also has a living room with a formal dining area and a separate family room. The home has a large double garage which we have converted into a games room currently with pool table, Air hockey , Table tennis, Table soccer and electronic darts. There is also a utility room fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The first master bedroom has a queen size double bed, TV & phone. For your convenience in the en-suite bathroom there is a door leading onto the pool deck area. Double patio doors in the bedroom also give access to the pool area.
The second master bedroom has a King size bed and its own en-suite bathroom and TV video. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds in each room, next to the 3rd bathroom.

Activities and Attractions
Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Everglades National Park, Busch Gardens
The villa is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192. This is the west side of Disney World (10 minutes away) and is much less congested than International Drive or the Downtown Kissimmee areas, however only a short drive away for their amenities and attractions.
There are many restaurants, shops, banks, and fast food outlets all within 1-5 minutes drive. These include Publix and Winn-Dixie (supermarkets), McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut and Chick-fil-a (fast food), with numerous local and branded restaurants featuring food from all over the world. There is a Wallgreens and cvs (chemist/convenience) store at the entrance to the Glenbrook community.

The spacious Family room has a TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and games and a large selection of DVD films and a CD stereo. The room has double patio doors giving direct access to the pool area.
The Living room has suite and sofa bed, a selection of board games and a formal dining table and chairs

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, water filter, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares, There is even a outside BBQ Grill in the home. There is also a security safe available for your valuables.
For the guests with babies there is also a crib/playpen and highchair.
The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free. Long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. All TV's are connected to the cable network with over 70 channels available.
We have provided a wireless high speed internet connection for your use should you wish to stay in contact with your own Wi fi capable laptop. This covers the whole house you can also collect emails while taking a drink at the pool.
The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
Glenbrook resort offers an onsite gym, basketball, volleyball, tennis, clubhouse with pool tables, air hockey in addition to our own also meeting facilities, Internet access, movies and resort style outdoor swimming pool.

A deposit of 20% must accompany bookings, which is non-refundable. Upon clearance of the payment, the booking is confirmed.
The balance must be paid eight weeks prior to your arrival at the property.
Security deposit
The Security Deposit will be taken in the form of an authorized credit card swipe at the time of check in (no monies will be deducted) as long as any key(s) are returned and no damage or loss is reported by the Owner’s Management Company. we reserve the right to claim this off the Guest.
We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. Any cancellation charges detailed elsewhere in this document will then apply.
In the event of a cheque not being honoured by the bank on which it is drawn we will make a charge of £20 /$30 to cover the bank charges and our administration costs.

If the Guest wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the Owner immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory letter. The Owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already made and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge as follows:
More than 90 days no charge
90-45 days loss of initial deposit
30 - 45 days notice: 50% of the rental charge
Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge
We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance including cancellation cover.
