Conversely, it is perfect for quiet, peaceful walks and has a wonderful array of bird life. DISNEYWORLD & RESORT PARKS are 15 mins away on Hwy192, offering a journey of great interest and discovery all the way, as new shopping centres & markets, restaurants & tea shops, mini golf & entertainment centres come into view.

The Disney parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney and Disney Water Parks are only 15 minutes away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet'n'wild, Sea World, luxury Shopping Malls and several Designer Factory Outlets can all be reached in less than 30mins. The Kennedy Space centre and Beaches on the east coast are approximately 1 hour drive east and Busch Gardens and the gulf coast beaches are within a 90 min drive west. The 192, having restaurants to suit every taste, plus wonderful shopping, is just minutes from our Villa. Within a short drive, you will find Golf courses too numerous to mention which include Champions Gate golf resort, the Legends, Falcons Fire, Southern dunes, Diamondback golf club, Highlands Reserve golf club and Ridgewood Lakes golf and country club.

The Villa has a fully fitted and equipped Kitchen complete with breakfast nook. The kitchen has top of the range appliances. A beautiful glass and wrought iron dining room suite adorns the dining area. The Great room has a 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee and 2 armchairs, 27inch TV, Video, DVD player and music centre. The entire main living area & all the wet areas have upgraded floor tiles. All the bedrooms are carpeted. The main master has a king size bed, TV/Video and fantastic en suite comprising huge roman tub, extra large walk in shower, his and hers sinks. There is a large walk in wardrobe. The 2nd master has a queen size 5ft bed, TV/Video with en suite bath/shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds, TV/Videos and share a 3rd bathroom. For children, big or small, we have a specially themed Disney bedroom. A high chair, cot, pushchair and cot side for a bed are also supplied free of charge. A play station 2 with games, books, videos, Cd's and DVDs are also provided.

A children's playground, tennis courts, basket ball court and soccer pitch are all available within the Orange Tree community. There are many great golf courses within a short drive of the villa. 24 hour supermarkets (Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart), plus a Post Office, Wendy's and Pizzeria are just a couple of miles away, along with lots of restaurants and shopping outlets on the 192. We have a local management company who are available for you 24hrs/7days per week. For your security, entrance is available per coded lock-box. * All doors to the Pool area are alarmed. * The Pool/Jacuzzi Spa area is fully screened. * For children's safety we have a pool fence, which can be rolled away when not required. * The pool area is bordered by a fence on one side, a tree hedge in front & a green area of approx 12 metres distance to the neighbouring Pool, providing it with around 70% privacy. Having spent many hours in the pool area, we have always found it totally quiet and peaceful.

A deposit of £100 per week will secure the booking for you ( this is non-refundable). A breakages/security deposit of £150 is required with final payment and will be refunded approx 2 weeks after the end of your holiday after inspection. Full payment is required 8 weeks before commencement of the Holiday. Pool heating is an extra charge of £85 per week and is recommended between Oct and April. Partial weeks and additional days will be charged at a pro-rata rate.
