Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away.
Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget. You can be assured that if you need any additional information or assistance during your stay our management company is available 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views. The deck area has been extended and, whilst it enjoys full sun all day there is also a shaded area under the lanai. Pool heating is available and the area is screened to provide a bug free environment. The pool has been fitted with coloured lighting to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening and luxury pool furniture and pool toys are provided for our guests. A George Forman electric grill is available at no extra charge and can be used inside the pool screen unlike conventional or gas BBQs.

The living room has a 32 Cable TV, DVD with home theatre surround sound and a quality mini hi-fi system. The room enjoys views over conservation land. There is a separate family room with 27 TV, DVD and VCR and a number of films and CDs are provided for guests use. Upstairs there is a games area with cable TV and Playstation 2 with selection of games. In addition there are traditional family games, childrens books and jigsaws for your use. There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a formal dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you require and full laundry facilities are also provided.
There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites, all with king size bed, luxury bedding, 27 cable TV and DVD and ensuite bathroom. One twin room is located downstairs and has 20 cable TV and DVD and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining twin room has been decorated with a bright cheerful Disney theme and has a 20 cable TV, DVD and VCR. The family room has a sofa bed and, as this is completely separate to the main living areas, this room can be used as an additional private guest room.
For our younger guests we do offer free use of a cot, highchair and pushchair. A stairgate and cot bedding is provided. For your peace of mind, all doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms.
The main master bathroom has his n hers sinks, large corner tub and separate double shower and toilet. The second master bathroom has a double shower and toilet whilst the third master bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet

· If you have to cancel your holiday the cancellation must be made in writing by the party leader who has signed the booking form. The cancellation will become effective from the date the owner receives and acknowledges this letter / email and any cancellations are subject to a charge as detailed.

A cancellation of a booking up to 10 weeks before arrival date deposit only
A cancellation of a booking within 10 weeks of arrival date 100%
· Cancellations for reasons beyond your control will be covered by your travel insurance and in these cases we can offer assistance with your claim.
· Cancellations due to financial reasons or simply no longer wishing to travel are not included.
· In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the owners control necessitate a cancellation of the rental agreement the owners reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time and would only be liable to refund monies already paid by the guest.
