The Master Suite has its own private entry onto the Patio/Lanai Area, a perfect place to start the day with breakfast by the pool or a nightcap after a busy day at the theme parks or shopping malls in Orlando, Florida.
For the guests who cannot leave work at home, we offer FREE unlimited worldwide telephone calls and broadband internet linked computer, just so you can keep in touch with the world outside of Florida.

A deposit of £100/$170 per week must accompany bookings, which is non-refundable. A security deposit of £100/$195 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

If the Client wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the Letter immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory letter. The Letter shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge as follows:
30 - 60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge
Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge
